spring meadow

One Sunny morning, I had nothing better to do than try to correct an old painting that was going nowhere. I had CBC playing, set my easel up on my balcony in the sun.... and just let go.. it was so lovely, I lost sight of time and place and just painted intuitively, enjoying the movement and feel of the oil. I keep this piece for myself, it's kind of a reflection of my unconscious, unchecked self.
